ABOUT

OUR STORY:

JuSco’s Special Abilities Recreation Center (JSARC) blossomed from LaToya’s heartfelt desire to create something meaningful, something that truly serves families who often feel unseen. Her vision was not just to offer services but to open doors to affordability, accessibility, and a sense of belonging for individuals with special needs and their loved ones.

Shaped by her own personal journey and the challenges her family has faced, LaToya carries a deep calling to support, encourage, and walk alongside this community. Every program, every effort, and every step is guided by compassion and a sincere commitment to uplift the lives of those she serves.

The name “JuSco” is more than a title; it is a loving tribute to her son, Julian Scott. His journey is the heartbeat of this mission, and his name stands as a reminder of the purpose, hope, and unwavering love that inspired it all.
